As per the official cadastral plan, the field is landlocked, however close to the Pegeia – Kathikas main linking road. The northern border abuts to state land and its southwestern border abuts to an under-registration footpath. The wider area is forest-pine covered and is characterized by vacant parcels of land and wild vegetation.

Where VAT may occur and/or any transfer fees, such amount will be payable by the successful bidder, in addition to the sale price.
