The Siruba ASP‑EBJ100 is a specialized industrial sewing system engineered for seamless production of closed-loop elastic bands, such as those used in underwear, boxers, tops, and activewear waistbands. Precision-engineered, this machine measures, cuts, folds, and stitches elastic bands in a single automated sequence—ushering the material from unwinding to stitching and finally dropping the finished loop into a collection carton—without manual handling. Operating at speeds up to 2,500–2,900 stitches per minute (depending on version), the ASP‑EBJ100 can process bands ranging from 20 mm to 55 mm wide and lengths between 300 mm and 1,980 mm, with overlapping edges adjustable between 0 and 13 mm. Under typical output assumptions (190 stitches per band), the machine can produce approximately 3,600 units in an 8-hour shift. Powered by a 220–230 V supply and requiring a compressed air connection (~30 L/min at 0.5 MPa), it is compactly housed (around 1230 × 1030 × 1530 mm with stand) and designed for full automation with optional aids like pre-ironing and logo detection
