• Rental Period for this apartments is minimum 12 months, but there are options for 2-11 months. Payment terms vary according to the period and duration of the rental.

• Additional Deposit of 1400 euros per apartment must be paid to cover possible damages, additional services and electricity consumption.

• Electricity is paid per month according to the current rate per KW through the property’s meter.

• Apartments are monthly checked from our housekeeping manager.

• No additions or changes can be made at any of the area of the apartment.

• No furniture can be removed from the apartment.

• Residents of the apartment cannot exceed the maximum level of occupancy according to the room type.

• Residents must comply and respect the terms and conditions of the complex.
