This delightful 2 bedroom villa is situated just a short, 150-metre stroll from the beach and harbour in Ayia Triada yet is within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, bakery and shops of Kapparis which are open all year round.
The villa has a private swimming pool, hot tub, sunbeds, BBQ, outdoor dining area and free wifi. There is a front terrace with views of the harbour.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. The lounge has a large sofa which can be used as a sofa bed, a large flat screen smart TV with a large selection of channels including Sky and BT available in all languages.
The dining area has a dining table for 6.
The fully equipped kitchen has quartz worktops and includes an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is enough crockery and cutlery for six people and plastic dishes and cutlery for children.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a guest WC on ground level.
The villa has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
