Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Boba Tea Barista to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to interact with people, has a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing beverages and treats, and is excited to be part of a growing trend in Cyprus. As a Boba Tea Barista at Golden Tiger Ltd, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, crafting each product with care and contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our store. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve a variety of Boba drinks, including Boba Cocktails, Boba Teas, and other menu items with consistency and high quality. * Assist in the creation of Homemade Boba Ice Creams and Bubble Waffles, ensuring each product meets our high standards. * Provide exceptional customer service, including sharing knowledge about our products and making recommendations based on customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area, adhering to health and safety standards. * Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a barista or bartender role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. * A passion for Boba and enthusiasm for learning about and creating new beverages and treats. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues. * Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
