40 ft container home
This container was designed and built as a "tiny house" and was intended to be our home.
It is divided into 3 spaces:
1. Kitchen living room - 2 entrances (solid wood\glass bi-wing doors), Canadian pine\Douglas-fir kitchen, aluminum sink, plenty of storage spaces, niche for Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher.
2. Shower room - 2 entrances (sliding doors made of Canadian pine\Douglas-fir), sink, toilet, shower, Venta fan, upper storage shelf.
3. Suite - separate entrance from the outside (Double aluminum sliding door) and entrance to the bathroom (sliding doors made of Canadian pine\Douglas-fir), Lots of big windows & storage shelves.

- Insulation material in all walls/floor/ceiling.

- Everything is sprayed with the best anti-pest agent on the market (TIMBOR).
- Finishing with the most expensive and professional wood Varnishes to maintain for many years.
- Includes infrastructure installed inside - Water/Sewer/Electricity (including an Electrical cabinets).
- Preparations for all the external infrastructure - Water/Sewer/Air-condition/Electricity.

- Outside Covering - with any material of your choice - wood/ plaster/ mud/ stone, etc.
