This silver coin is dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the Australian mint, The Perth Mint, and was struck from one ounce of 99.99% pure silver in BU quality. To mark the special occasion, the mint's most famous coin series were combined on one motive. The Australian kangaroo, the Australian koala and the world-famous kookaburra can be seen in front of a wickerwork consisting of Australia's national floral emblem. A scroll with the inscription "1899 THE PERTH MINT 2024", as well as the weight, the fineness, the year of issue and the mintmark "P125" to mark the anniversary complete the design. The reverse features the Dan Thorne portrait of King Charles III and the coin's denomination.
