You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.Key Responsibilities Supervision: Oversee daily operations of room attendants and house persons on assigned floors.Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure pristine cleanliness.Inventory Control: Monitor linen supplies, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities on each floor.Training: Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating new and existing housekeeping staff.Reporting: Report maintenance issues, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items immediately.Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant.Language Skills: Fluent English is required.
