Enduro Tour Guide & Activity LeaderPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Enduro Tour Guide to lead adventurous guests on premium off-road motorcycle experiences. This role requires exceptional safety awareness, strong leadership skills, and fluent English with proven ability to engage diverse international audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead guided enduro via van transportation to remote locations around Paphos and the surrounding regionsProvide comprehensive safety briefings and enforce all safety protocols before each activityManage groups safely with professionalism and enthusiasmPlan detailed itineraries considering weather conditions, terrain difficulty, and participant experience levelsDemonstrate proper riding techniques and provide real-time coaching during toursProvide engaging storytelling about local landscapes, terrain features, and regional cultureHandle emergencies with quick decision-making and first aid knowledgeMaintain equipment in a safe working condition and perform basic troubleshootingConduct pre-activity equipment checks (helmets, protective gear, motorcycles)Build relationships with international tourists and accommodation providers for repeat bookingsRequired QualificationsValid Category A or A2 motorcycle driving licence (minimum) and Category BFluent, high-level English proficiency (essential for international guests)Minimum 2 years professional enduro touring or off-road activity leadership experienceFirst Aid Certificate (highly preferred)Physical fitness and the ability to ride for extended periods in varied terrainProven knowledge of off-road safety protocols and best practicesDesired Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and coaching abilitiesConfident, charismatic personality that inspires trustQuick thinking and improvisation skillsStrong safety-first mindsetProblem-solving abilities under pressureExperience managing diverse age groups and skill levelsDeep knowledge of Paphos region terrain, trails, and hidden routesAdditional language skills (Greek, Russian, German) a plusPhysical & Technical RequirementsPhysically capable of long periods of off-road riding in varied terrainExpert-level motorcycle operation skillsAbility to demonstrate advanced riding techniquesComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsComfortable lifting and handling equipment (protective gear, helmets, bikes)

The Bell Captains/Porters will be responsible for the daily activities of the department, working closely with the Front Desk Staff, Management, and other hotel departments in providing guest assistance with luggage, transportation, and any other daily requirements.Location: Minthis, Paphos.Requirements:· High School diploma.· Similar role experience will be considered an advantage.· Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field will be considered an advantage.· Proficiency in Greek & English. Knowledge of any other language would be an advantage.· Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and reservation/ front office software programmes.
