Real Estate Administration And Marketing Officer

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking to hire a Real Estate Administration And Marketing Officer who will be responsible for overseeing and performing day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Team.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

Update and maintain CRM, document management and tasks/project management platforms;

In doing so, handling, filing and administering documents, contacts, tasks and other information, both digitally and physically;

Answering enquiries by, interacting with, and handling requests from, leads, clients, and customers via emails/calls/messages/etc; interact with clients and tenants;

Develop, maintain and promote real estate marketing materials and assets in digital and physical formats;

Deal with all aspects of rentals and sales bookkeeping, accounts, control, collections, arrears, and all aspects of financial transactions as per requirements of the Accounts department; and

Provide general office support.

Requirements:

Work experience in an entry-level similar position for at least 2 years;

Holder of a Bachelors’ degree;

Computer knowledge and literacy, excellent knowledge of the English language, and very good knowledge of the Greek language, are absolutely essential;

Organizational skills with the ability to work in a diversified, team and agile environment, and the ability to hustle through and deliver results, are necessary; and

Candidates with very good knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic and/or work experience with a CRM platform (i.e. Salesforce or HubSpot) and/or within the Real Estate industry and/or digital marketing software and/or cloud-based task or project management software and/or other relevant digital business systems will be considered advantageous.
