Required:

Parking Agent and Field Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Parking & Fleet Organization

Arrange vehicles in the lot

Ensure cars are parked neatly, accessible, and ready for quick dispatch.

Reorganize parking during busy periods to maximize space and efficiency.

2. Vehicle Check-In (Returns)

Receive returned vehicles from customers.

Perform quick inspections for:

Damage (scratches, dents)

Fuel level

Cleanliness

Report any issues to the office or supervisor.

3. Vehicle Check-Out (Preparation)

Prepare cars for the next rental:

Make sure they are clean and fueled.

Confirm they are in the correct parking area.

Move vehicles to pickup zones when needed.

4. Vehicle Movement

Drive cars within the lot or between nearby locations (office, wash area, overflow parking).

Assist with repositioning vehicles during peak hours.

5. Coordination with Staff

Communicate with front desk or rental agents about:

Available vehicles

Urgent requests

Cars needing cleaning or maintenance

Help ensure customers get the correct car quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.

• Valid Driving License (Manual Transmission)

• Excellent Command of the English Language

• Basic Level of Computing Skills

• Eligible to work in Cyprus

• Must be able to work Full Time - Shifts include weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.
