Flat is in a quiet family building in a very safe neighborhood of Nicosia (rated as one of the best in the country for families to live in). We do not want party-people in our building, we want to keep it a quiet, nice building!

Located opposite RIK TV Station (this is the biggest tv station in cyprus)

15 minutes walk to kalispera traffic lights. 15 minutes walk to center of Plati. 3 kms from Nicosia center. Bus comes from Solomon square (bus stop 1 minute walk from building, I believe is bus number 33, you must ask the bus driver for the bus for RIK; from this bus stop is a one minute walk).

Rent Price is for 2 adults and one child (MAX). For every additional adult, there is a 50 euro charge added on the rent. Also, for more children, there will be an addtional charge. For 4 students, I may be willing to rent it 600, if they are good respectful people.

We rent to refugees and EEE applicants as long as rent is paid on time. We work with the welfare department, when needed.

To move in, you must pay the 550 euro deposit and another 550 for the first rent, and 100 for the trash collection annula fee charged by the municipality (you get free trash bags) (total you must pay to get contract and key= 1200 euros)

The flat is available to move in today May 4, 2026.
