Company: Velissima Location: Protaras, Cyprus Role Type: Full-time The Role Velissima is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Operations Secretary to serve as the administrative heartbeat of our multi-concept venue. You will support the management team across our brunch, steakhouse, and event operations, ensuring that the "behind-the-scenes" runs as smoothly as our front-of-house service. Core Responsibilities * Administrative Support: Manage the general email inbox, responding to inquiries and filtering priority messages for the Event and General Managers. * Booking Management: Oversee the in-house reservation system, ensuring brunch and dinner bookings are accurately logged and special requests are communicated to the floor team. * Procurement & Orders: Assist the Executive Chef and Bar Manager in placing daily/weekly orders with suppliers. Track deliveries and reconcile invoices with received goods. * Software Maintenance: Perform regular updates on the Food & Beverage software, including menu price changes, inventory logging, and daily sales report exports. * Daily Logistics: Handle general office duties such as filing, preparing daily shift briefings, and maintaining staff attendance records. Qualifications & Skills * Organization: A natural ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests in a fast-paced environment. * Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in F&B management software (e.g., POS systems, stock control training is brovided) and Microsoft Office (Excel is essential). * Communication: Professional verbal and written skills in both Greek and English. * Attention to Detail: High accuracy when dealing with numbers, orders, and data entry. * Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality administrative role or a front-desk position is highly preferred.
