Accounting assistant

Key Responsibilities • Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions • Issue invoices and maintain accurate invoicing records • Record receipts and payments in the accounting system • Prepare debtor and creditor reconciliations • Review, correct, and post data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations, including bank deposits • Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth processing of financial and operational transactions • Support the Finance Department with daily accounting and administrative tasks Requirements • University Degree or LCCI Higher qualification • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or as an Accounting Assistant • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines • Previous experience in accounting will be considered an advantage Benefits • Gross monthly salary of €1,300 – €1,600 • 13th Salary • Provident Fund Applications Interested candidates are invited to send their CV at quoting the reference number MP02-0626-ACCAS

Junior bookkeeper

The successful candidate will support the accounting and finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with customer and operational support activities.
