CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR SALE

The Company was incorporated in Cyprus and is a Building and Civil Engineering Contractor. The Company holds an A Class License/Permit issued by the Council for the Registration and Control of Contractors of the Republic of Cyprus for both building and civil engineering works.

The A Class classification means that the Company is authorized to undertake projects of any size and type, including all categories of building and civil engineering works.

The founder and owner of the Company has extensive experience in the construction industry over the past forty years which covers a wide range of large, complex, and diverse projects in Cyprus and the Middle East.

Because the owners children reside abroad and do not intend to return to Cyprus to continue the business, the owner is offering the Company for sale at the price of €400,000.00. The Company currently has no employees and no projects under construction.

Furthermore, the Company has no liabilities whatsoever to any third parties, companies, or government entities. The sale price therefore reflects solely the A Class classification of the Company.

Please note that in accordance with the provisions of the law for the Registration and Control of Contractors for building and civil engineering works article 23, if the current owner and technical director of the Company leaves the Company for whatever reason, the Company can maintain the A class classification provided it appoints another technical director, a civil engineer, or architect or holder of a university degree in a related subject, who has a total of 12 years experience, half of which experience was obtained while in a position of responsibility in an A class registered contractor.

If a prospective buyer wishes to retain the services of the owner as a technical director or as representative for the purpose of maintaining the A Class classification with the Council for the Registration and Control of Contractors, without any actual involvement in the day-to-day affairs of the Company, the owner would request a monthly remuneration of €2,500.00.

If, however, the buyer wishes the owner to be actively involved in the Company, to assist and/or manage the setup and organizational structure, the recruitment of personnel, procurement, execution, and supervision of new projects, as well as to oversee and coordinate the ongoing growth of the Company’s activities, please note that the owner is willing to undertake these responsibilities.

The remuneration for such active involvement will be discussed , once the buyer provides an outline of the expected duties and responsibilities to the owner, the Company’s intended areas of operation within the construction industry, and the anticipated yearly turnover over a five-year horizon.
