The Parking Agent will be responsible for vehicle delivery and collection, ensuring that vehicles are maintained in optimal condition and that customers receive excellent service. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers at the parking area during vehicle delivery and collection. • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing vehicles efficiently. • Conduct corporate check-out procedures using PC or mobile devices to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition before use. • Complete the return inspection procedure to verify vehicles meet operational standards. • Coordinate vehicle washing and maintenance, ensuring timely service according to operational schedules. Your Profile for Success: • Fluency in English • Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Minimum of one year driving experience. • Willingness to work 6 days per week on shifts from Monday to Sunday. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the car rental sector will be considered an advantage. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. • Capable of managing challenging situations effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. • Proficient in computer usage and company systems. • Flexibility, reliability, and strong attention to detail. • Willingness to wear company uniforms. You will be responsible for tracking sales team performance, preparing KPI reports, and providing management with accurate, timely insights. This position also plays a key role in optimizing business processes and supporting overall sales efficiency. Responsibilities CRM administration: user creation and configuration, setup of automated lead assignment rules, manual lead distribution, and additional system configuration. Data quality control in CRM and enforcement of unified standards (client statuses, comments, data accuracy, and updates). Monitoring CRM usage efficiency by managers and providing recommendations for process improvements. Maintaining and regularly updating process documentation and guidelines (CRM, KPIs, reporting). Tracking key operational metrics of the business development team (activity, efficiency, workload). Preparing consolidated KPI reports and analytical summaries of the department’s performance. Refreshing and validating report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. VoIP system administration: managing user accounts, configuring system parameters, and troubleshooting. Ensuring reporting transparency and providing relevant data to management. Requirements 2+ years of experience in CFD Brokerage in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably FX Back Office). Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, and data validation. Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
