Handle emails and other customer communications promptly. Maintain customer records and ensure excellent service at every stage. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Strong computer and telephone skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a call centre is preferred but not essential. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
