Hybrid Position (4 days at the office / 1 day work from home) Immediate Employment for Successful Candidates --------------------------------------- Role Description This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into strong, engaging content across different digital formats. The primary workload of this role focuses on copywriting, graphic creation, and basic video editing for both our clients and our company’s own digital presence. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across websites and social media platforms. Your daily tasks will include writing content, preparing visual assets, creating simple videos, updating website content, and supporting the smooth delivery of content projects. We are looking for someone with academic and/or professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience managing multiple content tasks and deadlines will be considered an advantage. ----------------------------------------- Responsibilities • Create copy for social media posts, captions, website content, articles, and other communication materials • Design visual content such as graphics, social media creatives, and simple promotional materials using Canva or other relevant design tools • Edit basic video content for digital use, including social media videos, stories, and reels • Upload and update content on websites and social media platforms • Coordinate the scheduling, review, and publishing of content in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager • Perform quality checks on content before publishing, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency • Support client requests for straightforward content creation, including social media visuals, short videos, and other digital assets • Help manage content calendars and monitor the progress of deliverables to ensure timelines are met • Maintain and organize content files and client material libraries Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field • Experience with a content marketing firm is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone across different brands and platforms • Ability to create graphics using Canva or similar design software • Basic video editing skills for social media and digital content • Confidence in reviewing, editing, and publishing content in different formats • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content tasks effectively • Familiarity with WordPress is considered an advantage (short training can be provided if needed) Salary and benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications • 21 days of annual leave, with the option to accumulate extra vacation days based on years of service • Discretionary yearly salary review • Day off on your birthday We are very excited to welcome our new team member soon. Location : Paphos, Cyprus (preferred) · Remote from Limassol also fine Compensation: €1,500 total across 3 milestones Type: Freelance / side project · Flexible hours ----- ## What we’re building A consumer countertop appliance that automatically prepares a powder-based beverage — heating water, dosing, agitating, and dispensing a finished drink at the press of a button. Think single-serve coffee machine, but with completely different physics under the hood. We’re a Cyprus-based startup at the prototype stage. The product architecture and industrial design are defined. We need hands-on help turning the design into a working physical prototype. ## What we need An electronics / embedded systems person to help build the prototype across three paid milestones: ### Milestone 1 — Component Selection & BOM (€200) - Review the design specification and system architecture - Research and source exact components: water pump, heating element, temperature sensors, motor drivers, solenoid valve, power supply, connectors - Deliver a complete Bill of Materials with supplier links and pricing ### Milestone 2 — Breadboard Functional Prototype (€600) - Wire all subsystems on dev boards and breadboard around an ESP32 - Get the microcontroller communicating with every component: pump, heater (PID temperature control), motor, sensors, display - Implement a basic state machine for the full preparation cycle - Deliverable: it heats, pumps, agitates, and dispenses — ugly but functional ### Milestone 3 — Integrated 3D-Printed Prototype (€700) - Mount electronics into 3D-printed enclosures (we handle the CAD and printing) - Clean wiring with proper connectors and cable management - Full brew cycle running end-to-end, reliable and repeatable - Deliverable: a demo-ready unit you could put on a table and show to people Each milestone is paid on completion. You can stop after any milestone — no long-term commitment required. ## Who this is for - EE / mechatronics / embedded systems student or recent graduate - Hobbyist or maker with real hands-on electronics experience - Someone comfortable with: ESP32 / Arduino, soldering, reading datasheets, basic PID control, wiring motors and sensors - You do NOT need: PCB design, firmware architecture, or product design experience — we handle that This is a great portfolio project if you’re a student looking to work on a real product, not a class assignment. ## Requirements - All work is under a simple work-for-hire agreement with IP assignment — standard for any product development project - Ability to meet in person in Paphos is a strong plus (workshop available) - Must be able to communicate in English ## Interested? We are looking for a kind, responsible, and patient School Assistant / Nanny to support our 13-year-old daughter, who has developmental and learning difficulties. She is a calm, sweet, well-behaved, and friendly girl, and we are looking for someone who can become a positive and supportive presence in her daily life. Main Responsibilities: Pick up the child from home at 7:30 AM (Monday–Friday) and drive her to her English school (approximately 8–10 minutes away). Assist and support her during school hours with lessons and classroom activities. Help with homework and learning activities after school at our home from approximately 2:00 PM until 5:00–6:00 PM. Provide encouragement, guidance, and educational support tailored to her needs. Summer Schedule: From 22 June to 14 August, no work is required, as the child attends summer school. During other school holiday periods, the assistant will work approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, helping to review school material, support development, engage in educational activities, play games, or accompany the child to the beach and other suitable activities.
