We are looking for a Team Leader who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can lead a small team to deliver beautiful, well-maintained gardens for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small gardening crew on daily jobs

• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

• Perform hands-on gardening and landscaping work alongside the team

• Represent Kypros Gardening professionally when interacting with customers

• Ensure each property is left clean, tidy, and better than when we arrived

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

• Communicate job updates and issues to management

Typical Work Includes

• Garden maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, weed control)

• Tree and hedge trimming

• Planting and landscaping installations

• Irrigation checks and minor repairs

• Garden clean-ups and property improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in gardening or landscaping

• Experience leading or coordinating a small team preferred

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Valid EU driving license (required)

- valid work papers, NO Sponsorship.

• Positive attitude and good communication skills
