DevOps Engineer

General Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on system administration experience on Windows and Linux environments

Practical experience with Docker and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

Experience in VPN setup, network security, and infrastructure management

Strong experience in PostgreSQL database administration, backup management, and performance optimization

Hands-on experience with messaging and caching systems such as RabbitMQ and Redis

Experience configuring and managing Nginx or similar web servers and load balancers

Proficiency with Git and package/repository management tools such as NuGet

Experience with logging and monitoring tools including Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices

Job Description

Install, manage, and optimize systems on Windows and Linux servers

Build and manage virtualization and Docker container infrastructures

Design and implement VPN solutions, network security, and access policies

Manage PostgreSQL backup strategies, high availability, and performance improvements

Monitor, scale, and optimize RabbitMQ and Redis infrastructures

Configure Nginx for web serving, reverse proxy, and load balancing

Set up, improve, and integrate logging and monitoring systems

Maintain local Git repositories and NuGet package management

Manage integrations with Cloudflare and similar CDN/security services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm

Experience using automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Knowledge of microservices architectures and distributed systems

Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and implementation
