🚀 We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

📍 Hybrid | Full-Time

Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences? Join our growing team as a Client Relationship Manager and play a key role in guiding international clients through setting up and managing their business in Cyprus.

This dynamic role combines client communication, cross-department coordination, and commercial awareness — with strong earning potential through a commission-based structure.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Client Onboarding

Guide clients through company registration, taxation, VAT, accounting, and immigration processes

Conduct Zoom consultations to explain setup procedures clearly

Respond to client queries with accuracy and professionalism

Follow up proactively for documentation, payments, and required information

Departmental Coordination

Collaborate with Tax, VAT, Accounting, and Immigration teams

Track and update client progress via CRM system (Notion)

Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure smooth completion

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Communicate effectively via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Keep clients informed with updates, reminders, and progress tracking

Handover & Commercial Support

Ensure smooth transition of clients to the accounting team

Prepare proposals and clearly communicate pricing

Coordinate invoicing with the admin team

👤 Who We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or similar role

Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Italian is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Tech-savvy (Zoom, Calendly, CRM tools like Notion, email, WhatsApp)

Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven

💼 What We Offer

Salary: €14,000 gross + €100 commission per deal

13th salary

Performance-based earning potential (review after 3 months)

Hybrid working model

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Company phone provided

Full training on company formation and Cyprus tax system
