Shisha Master

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Shisha Master to join our team and deliver a high-end, premium shisha experience in a unique and prestigious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve shisha to the highest standards of quality and presentation

- Create and recommend flavor combinations tailored to guest preferences

- Ensure proper heat management and long-lasting, smooth sessions

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all shisha equipment and work areas

- Monitor tables and proactively replace coals or adjust setups when needed

- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests professionally

- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Duties & Workflow:

- Set up shisha station before service (cleaning, cutting, preparing flavors, coal management)

- Check and maintain stock levels of tobacco, charcoal, and accessories

- Prepare orders quickly and consistently during service

- Deliver shisha to tables with attention to presentation and detail

- Continuously monitor active shishas and maintain quality throughout the session

- Clean, sanitize, and reset equipment after each use

- End-of-shift breakdown, deep cleaning, and preparation for next service

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Shisha Master or in a similar role is an advantage

- Strong knowledge of shisha preparation techniques and flavor mixing

- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Team player with a professional attitude

- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
