- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Lawyer in Cyprus;

- Experience in asset management and corporate law in Cyprus.

- Knowledge of the development sector;

- Knowledge of Cypriot labor law;

- English level C1;

- Russian level C1.

Responsibilities:

- Structuring transactions;

- Managing legal risks within current businesses;

- Opening/managing bank accounts in conjunction with the finance department;

- Working with contracts: preparing and agreeing company contracts, analyzing legal risks, participating in negotiations with counterparties;

- Interaction with local licensing and permitting authorities;

- Interaction with the legal department and external law firms;

- Interaction with the company owner.
