Ψάχνω δύο συγκάτοικους!!

Γεια σας! Είμαι ο Σάββας, 26 χρονών διδακτορικός φοιτητής και ψάχνω για έναν ή κατά προτίμηση δύο συγκάτοικους για το διαμέρισμα που ενοικιάζω στον Λυκαβηττό, Λευκωσία, οδός Ανθεμίου 8, στον δεύτερο όροφο.

Τώρα είμαστε τρία άτομα αλλά οι συγκάτοικες μου θα μείνουν μέχρι το τέλος του Ιούλη 2026 και μετά φεύγουν καθώς μετακομίζουν στο εξωτερικό. Η ενοικίαση προβλέπεται για τουλάχιστον έναν χρόνο όχι λιγότερο.

Το συνολικό ενοίκιο του διαμερίσματος είναι 850 ευρώ (μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου κοινωχρήστων, ρεύματος και νερού κα wifi). Τα κοινόχρηστα είναι γύρω στα 10 ευρώ τον μήνα το άτομο.

Το διαμέρισμα έχει πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, σε όμορφη και ήσυχη γειτονιά σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση σπό το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι κοντά στην περιοχή της Αγλαντζιάς όπου βρίσκεται το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου.

Η πολυκατοικία είναι πολύ ήσυχη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, 130 τμ., με τρία ευρύχωρα ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια, μεγάλο σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα, ένα μεγαλό μπάνιο με τουαλέτα και μία ακόμη τουαλέτα μόνη της, δύο μπαλκόνια, ένα μεγάλο και ένα μικρό.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κατάλληλο για φοιτητές ή εργαζόμενους single (όχι οικογένεια).

Looking for two roommates!!

Hello! My name is Savvas, I’m 26 years old and a PhD student, and I’m looking for one, or preferably two, roommates for the apartment I currently rent in Lykavitos, Nicosia (8 Anthemion Street, 2nd floor).

At the moment we are three people living in the apartment, but my current female roommates will be staying until the end of July 2026 and will then move abroad. The rental is for at least one year, not less.

The total rent for the apartment is €850 (excluding common expenses, electricity, water, and WiFi). The common expenses are around €10 per person per month.

The apartment is in a very good location, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, very close to the city center. It is also close to Aglantzia, where the University of Cyprus is located.

The building is very quiet. The apartment is spacious, 130 sq.m., with three large separate bedrooms, a big living room with dining area, a kitchen, one large bathroom with a toilet and one additional separate toilet, and two balconies (one large and one small).

The apartment is suitable for students or single working professionals (not for families).
