Responsibilities:

- Support and advise our German-speaking clients via digital channels (SMS, email, phone)

- Coordinate requests, appointments, and workflows in real time

- Organise and manage all processes using tools such as Slack, Mattermost, and Notion

- Maintain and update customer data in our ERP system

- Assist with travel planning (research & bookings worldwide)

- Verify and confirm incoming payments

Requirements:

- Native or near-native German language skills - this is a requirement for this role

- Very good English skills

- Experience in digital customer service or a comparable role

- Confident and comfortable with digital tools and platforms (Slack, Notion or similar)

- Technical understanding of digital processes

- Experience with Apple and/or Microsoft Windows is an advantage

- Quick comprehension, strong multitasking skills and high reliability

- Structured, independent working style

- €100 weekend supplement (up to €400 extra per month)

- 50% night shift supplement for shifts from 8:00 PM
