Transfer officer

MTS GLOBE CYPRUS LTD is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Transfer officer in our office in Larnaka.

The role - Principal Responsibilities

·         Coordinate daily transfer operations (airport–hotel / hotel–airport / inter-hotel)

·         Prepare and manage transfer schedules, routing plans, and timing

·         Allocate vehicles and drivers based on passenger numbers and operational needs

·         Liaise with drivers, transport suppliers, and internal teams to ensure correct execution

·         Monitor flights, delays, early arrivals, and operational changes

·         Adjust transfer plans in real time to handle disruptions

·         Ensure accuracy of passenger lists, vehicle assignments, and transfer manifests

·         Report operational issues and escalate when necessary
