Civil engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Civil Engineer to join a dynamic construction team in Cyprus and take full ownership of site operations across residential, commercial, villa, and mixed-use developments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily construction site activities

Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution

Monitor site progress, productivity, quality control, and workmanship standards

Review and interpret construction drawings, structural details, and technical documentation

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively

Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health & safety requirements, and construction standards

Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation

Support BOQs, quantity take-offs, material tracking, permits, inspections, and municipality coordination

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer / Civil Engineer in construction

Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, concrete works, and finishing works

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, coordination, and subcontractor management skills

Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and local construction standards

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel

Fluency in Greek and good command of English

Valid driving license

ETEK membership is required or in progress
