Transporting customersDrive passengers between locations (airport ↔ rental office).Follow scheduled routes or respond to on-demand pickups.Help passengers get on/off the vehicle safely.2. Customer serviceGreet customers, answer basic questions about the rental process.Give directions or general info about the areaHandle complaints calmly and professionally.3. Luggage assistance where applicable4. Safety and complianceFollow traffic laws and company safety policies.Perform daily vehicle checks (brakes, tires, lights, fuel).Keep the shuttle clean and presentable.5. Communication & coordinationStay in contact with dispatch or front desk staff.Inform the team about delays, traffic, or passenger issues.Coordinate pickups during busy times (like airport arrivals).6. DocumentationKeep basic logs (trip times, mileage, incidents if any).Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.Qualifications• Must be at least 25 years of age.• Valid Driving License (Manual Transmission)• Excellent Command of the English Language• Basic Level of Computing Skills• Eligible to work in Cyprus• Must be able to work Full Time - Shifts include weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.
