We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner / Pot Wash Assistant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning duties across the restaurant, including dining areas, toilets, and office spaces
* Ensure all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times
* Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness of bins and surrounding areas
* Follow health and safety guidelines and hygiene standards
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Assist in the kitchen as a Pot Wash (Lantza)
* Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
* Support kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
