 13th salary 20 days of paid annual leave per year Provident Fund upon completion of six months of service in the hospitality sector Full-year employment Overtime payment Public-holiday compensation at 1:1.5Main responsibilities Provide massages to clients by appointment. Guide clients through the available services and determine which treatments would benefit them most. Take a detailed client history and record any relevant health conditions. Evaluate clients to identify painful, tense or stressed areas of the body. Advise clients on appropriate stretching, strengthening and relaxation methods. Recommend future massage appointments and suitable treatment regimes. Listen to clients during treatments and adjust techniques when necessary. Create a warm and relaxing experience for members and guests and anticipate their needs. Provide assistance when required and perform other duties assigned by the Spa Managers.Requirements Two to four years of experience as a professional massage therapist. Previous experience working in a spa is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective time-management abilities. Demonstrated sales and customer-service skills. Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Salary range 1300-1500
