You will be responsible for tracking sales team performance, preparing KPI reports, and providing management with accurate, timely insights. Responsibilities CRM administration: user creation and configuration, setup of automated lead assignment rules, manual lead distribution, and additional system configuration. Refreshing and validating report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. VoIP system administration: managing user accounts, configuring system parameters, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably FX Back Office). Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, and data validation. Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics.
