Our son is currently pre-verbal but making steady, positive progress with his speech and communication. ​The ideal candidate will provide part-time, individualized attention and encouragement within the school day to help him thrive socially and academically. ​ Key Responsibilities ​Provide dedicated, part-time 1-on-1 support within the classroom to help the student engage with daily school activities and curriculum. ​ Implement positive reinforcement strategies to encourage communication, speech development, and social interaction. ​ Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and parents to ensure consistency in the student's learning and development. ​ Help navigate social interactions with peers, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. ​ Requirements & Qualifications ​Experience: Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teacher, Teacher’s Assistant, or Home Educator is required.
