Our client is a well established company in Cyprus offering home technologies. They’re currently growing their team and they’re looking for an Assistant Automation Engineer. The successful candidate will performs installations, repairs and maintenance of electronic devices and automation systems, correctly, on time and within the quality standards required by the company. They will also be responsible for the team of installers that his assigned to each project.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to performs installations, repairs and maintenance of electronic devices and automation systems offered by the company.

Responsible for her team of installers assigned to each project and will guide them and organize the project.

Take instructions from the Project Engineer and report back to him

Inform Project Engineer regarding the project progress any issues that may arise etc.

Working closely with all his colleagues to achieve productivity goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Ensures that all tasks assigned to him are completed within the relevant deadlines and that all procedures, instructions and company regulations are followed.

Provide training and mentor new employees of the Department.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in a relevant field

Previous experience of more than 2 years in a similar position

Know the mission of the Company, the customers and all the products

Follow the company's standard procedures to achieve optimal management and delivery of work or repair of projects on time

Maintain projects and work within the budget and quality standards required by the company.

Update their knowledge in relation to their work, through participations in educational opportunities, reading relevant professional publications and technical manuals, maintenance of network personnel.

Be a role model of integrity. Integrity is not optional. The automation technicians should promote character integrity in all their actions
