NICOLAOU CONSTRUCTION & A4H LTD are seeking to recruit a young Civil Engineer to join our company for a long-term position with strong prospects for professional growth and advancement. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to develop into a Construction Contractor / General Contractor through structured, hands-on experience and continuous daily training.

The position combines both office-based engineering work and on-site construction site responsibilities, offering full exposure to all phases of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

-Assist in the daily management and supervision of construction sites

-Coordinate and monitor site activities, subcontractors, and construction works

-Support project planning, measurements, costing, and material orders

-Perform office-based engineering and administrative tasks

-Participate in daily hands-on training related to site operations, construction methods, and materials

-Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards

-Communicate with suppliers, technicians, and project teams

-Assist in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution

-Gradually take on increased responsibilities in project and site management

-Develop towards full responsibilities of a -General Contractor within the company

Requirements

-Degree in Civil Engineering

-Registered Member of ΕΤΕΚ

-Minimum 3 years of prior professional experience in a related field

-Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory

-Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage

-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

-Strong interest in construction site operations, project management, and building applications

-Flexibility to adapt daily responsibilities between office and site work according to project needs

-Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

-Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
