Sales / business development executive - wine industry
Our client is looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development professional to join their team within the wine import and distribution sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales across Cyprus, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales opportunities across Cyprus
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Promote and sell wine products to restaurants, hotels, and retail partners
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Conduct regular client visits and presentations
Requirements
Previous experience in wine sales or the wine industry is essential
Strong sales and business development background
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
Valid driving licence
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Wine & Spirits certifications such as WSET or equivalent sommelier qualification will be considered a strong advantage
