Job, small block wall with white plaster/render finish

I am looking for someone to build an easy small low wall / planter cover wall on my terrace.
Job details:
Length: approx. 4.40 m
Height: approx. 60 cm
It is only a decorative separation / cover wall. Flower boxes or planters will stand behind/inside it. There will be no soil pressure directly against the wall.
Material: concrete blocks, preferably approx. 40 × 20 × 15 cm
The first row should be fixed onto the existing outdoor floor tiles with suitable flexible adhesive mortar / medium-bed tile adhesive
The next rows can be built with normal masonry mortar
On top, I would like a wider cap/cover stone or slab, approx. 25–30 cm deep, so the top looks thicker and finished, while the wall itself stays slimmer and leaves more space inside for the flower boxes
The wall should then be plastered/rendered in a slightly off-white Mediterranean / Greek style
Edges can be very slightly softened, but nothing too rounded or decorative

Ζητώ κάποιον να κατασκευάσει ένα μικρό, χαμηλό διακοσμητικό τοιχάκι / κάλυμμα για ζαρντινιέρες στη βεράντα μου.
Λεπτομέρειες εργασίας:
Μήκος: περίπου 4,40 μ.
Ύψος: περίπου 60 εκ.
Είναι μόνο ένα διακοσμητικό διαχωριστικό / κάλυμμα. Πίσω ή μέσα από αυτό θα τοποθετηθούν ζαρντινιέρες ή γλάστρες. Δεν θα υπάρχει πίεση από χώμα απευθείας πάνω στο τοιχάκι.
Υλικό: τσιμεντόλιθοι, κατά προτίμηση περίπου 40 × 20 × 15 εκ.
Η πρώτη σειρά πρέπει να στερεωθεί πάνω στα υπάρχοντα εξωτερικά πλακάκια με κατάλληλη εύκαμπτη κόλλα / κονίαμα μεσαίου πάχους
Οι επόμενες σειρές μπορούν να χτιστούν με κανονικό κονίαμα τοιχοποιίας
Στην επάνω πλευρά θα ήθελα μια πιο φαρδιά πλάκα / καπάκι, περίπου 25–30 εκ. βάθος, ώστε το επάνω μέρος να δείχνει πιο παχύ και ολοκληρωμένο, ενώ το ίδιο το τοιχάκι να παραμένει πιο λεπτό και να αφήνει περισσότερο χώρο μέσα για τις ζαρντινιέρες.
Στη συνέχεια, το τοιχάκι θα πρέπει να σοβατιστεί και να τελειώσει σε ελαφρώς υπόλευκο μεσογειακό / ελληνικό στυλ.
Οι ακμές μπορούν να είναι πολύ ελαφρώς μαλακωμένες, αλλά όχι πολύ στρογγυλεμένες ή διακοσμητικές.
