Engine & drive. Volvo Penta MD 2030-D BT diesel (21.3 kW / approx. 29 HP, year 2001, engine no. 5102136709H), shaft drive, MS10L-A heat exchanger. Recently serviced (fuel/oil filters, impeller, belts, oil change), anodes renewed, antifouling May 2025 (dry dock). Selva 12.5 HP outboard (2024, new, never used) + Selva Guppy 2.5 HP + barely used tender.

Sails & rigging. Complete North Sails wardrobe 2023 (main with slab reef, lazy jacks, full sail cover; genoa on furler; spinnaker incl. — colourful, in good condition, ready to use), back-up sail set on board, running rigging and reefing lines in working condition, Facnor SD furler, spinnaker pole. Rig check May 2025 per previous owner's verbal report — no findings (no written certificate available).

Navigation & electronics. Raymarine Pathfinder RL70C radar/chartplotter (C-MAP NT+) + RayChart 425, Autohelm instrument suite renewed 2023 (speed / depth / log / wind), autopilot renewed 2023, Cobra Marine VHF new 2024 (DSC), Clipper Navtex, Pioneer DEH-09BT sound system, Plastimo Horizon 135 compass, Scheiber 12 V / 230 V panel.

Comfort & interior. Owner layout (large aft cabin, fore cabin, saloon with U-shape settee), head with shower & hot water, C-Warm calorifier, new Jabsco toilet (2021), 2-sink galley with gas cooker + oven, fridge + icebox, all-new upholstery 2022, bimini with side panels and sprayhood (functional, sprayhood windows showing age-related clouding).

Ground tackle & safety. Bow roller with 35-lb CQR + 45 m 8 mm chain, secondary anchor, Quick electric windlass with wireless remote, new bilge pumps (2021), 6-person liferaft, fire extinguishers, MOB equipment.
