Managing large-scale construction projects and leading teams from concept to completion?

Our client, a well-established construction company in Cyprus, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Paphos.

🏗️ The Role

You will be responsible for managing construction projects through all phases of delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with Site Engineers, Foremen, Quantity Surveyors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• €4,500 – €5,000 gross/month for Project Managers with 11–14 years of relevant construction experience

• €5,100 – €5,800 gross/month for Senior Project Managers with 15+ years of relevant construction experience

• Company car

• Annual performance bonus

• Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after probation)

• 22 working days annual leave

• Laptop provided

• Long-term career development opportunities

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• ETEK Membership (mandatory)

• 11+ years of construction project management experience

• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards

• Fluent Greek and strong English
