ONLY EUROPEAN CITIZENS We are a watersports company operating directly on the sea, offering activities such as jet ski rentals, paddleboarding, boat trips, and inflatable water games. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly staff to join our beach team for the summer season. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors, being active, and interacting with tourists from all over the world. Main Responsibilities * Assist customers with watersports equipment (jet skis, SUPs, boats, etc.) * Provide basic safety instructions and supervise activities * Help with launching and docking equipment * Maintain and clean equipment and beach area * Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times * Work as part of a team in a fast-paced seaside environment Requirements * Good physical fitness and comfort working in the sun/sea * Responsible and safety-conscious attitude * Basic English communication skills (other languages are a plus) * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
