Property consultant & client relations coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and personable Property Consultant & Client Relations Coordinator to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for property, and can provide exceptional support to clients throughout their property-buying journey. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist prospective buyers and clients. Coordinate and attend property viewings with clients. Maintain regular communication with buyers, vendors, developers, and other stakeholders. Guide clients through available property options and help them understand property features and specifications. Accompany clients to showrooms and suppliers to view materials and finishes, including ceramics, kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, and carpentry options. Assist clients in selecting finishes and customization options for their properties. Coordinate appointments and follow up on client inquiries. Support the sales team with administrative and client-relations tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English and Greek is essential, knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage. Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, interior design, construction, or a related field will be considered an advantage. Valid driving licence.
