New to yoga? You're especially welcome.

I'm Matthias, a trained Hatha yoga teacher from Germany, now living here on the island. My yoga is slow and gentle — quietly energizing, never a workout, and never about being bendy.

We practice at sunrise on the beach in Paralimni — breathe, move gently, and start the day feeling lighter.
