Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy • Ensure the accurate recording and maintenance of the company's products and inventory. • Compare physical inventory with stock records in the inventory management system. • Update and maintain the accuracy of inventory management systems. • Prepare reports on inventory availability and stock movements. Stock Audits & Verification • Conduct scheduled physical stock counts and inventory checks. • Perform unscheduled and ad hoc inventory audits based on operational needs. • Carry out regular visits to company stores, warehouses, and other storage or sales locations across Cyprus. Analysis & Reporting • Identify inventory discrepancies, shortages, or process weaknesses and investigate their causes. • Record audit findings and prepare reports for Management. • Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions.
