🚧 We’re Hiring: Site Foreman – Paphos We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our construction team in Paphos. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in construction site supervision, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities ✔ Supervise and coordinate daily site activities (residential, commercial, mixed-use projects) ✔ Lead site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure productivity and quality standards ✔ Monitor project progress, schedules, and site performance ✔ Interpret technical drawings, plans, and site instructions ✔ Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations ✔ Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues ✔ Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Architects ✔ Control materials, tools, equipment, and site stock ✔ Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation ✔ Identify risks, delays, and report them to management Requirements 🔹 Proven experience as a Site Foreman in construction 🔹 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role 🔹 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations 🔹 Good understanding of health & safety regulations 🔹 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans 🔹 Strong leadership and team coordination skills 🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site priorities 🔹 Valid driving license 🔹 Knowledge of Greek and English is an advantage What We Offer 💰 Gross monthly salary: €2,400 – €3,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) 🚗 Company-provided car 🎯 Yearly performance-based bonus 🏖 22 working days of paid annual leave 🏦 Pension Fund enrollment after probation (3% employer contribution) 📈 Career growth and professional development opportunities 📍 Location: Paphos, Cyprus Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
