Cosmos Car Rental is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Call Centre Receptionist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.

Assist customers with vehicle reservations, amendments, and cancellations.

Welcome and assist customers visiting the office.

Coordinate bookings and communicate with branch staff.

Provide accurate information about our vehicles, services, and rental policies.

Handle emails and other customer communications promptly.

Maintain customer records and ensure excellent service at every stage.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong computer and telephone skills.

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a call centre is preferred but not essential.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
