Customer Success & Support Specialist (High-Risk Digital Advertising) Location: Limassol, Cyprus (On-site, Full-Time) About Us We are a fast-growing digital advertising technology company specializing in providing advertising infrastructure and growth solutions for high-risk industries, including iGaming, Forex, Crypto, Nutra, and other regulated verticals. The Role We're looking for a proactive Customer Success & Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customers achieve outstanding results with our platform and services. This isn't just a support position. We're looking for someone with leadership potential who can eventually build processes, mentor team members, and grow into a Customer Success Manager or Head of Customer Success. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via Slack, Telegram, email, and support tickets. - Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure successful adoption of our services. - Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience. - Resolve customer issues efficiently by coordinating with internal technical, operations, and sales teams. - Track customer health, satisfaction, renewals, and account activity. - Maintain accurate CRM records and internal documentation. - Create and improve knowledge base articles and support documentation. - Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. - Handle escalations professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Assist in developing internal support procedures and operational workflows. Requirements - Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus). - Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or Client Services. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality. - Proficient with CRM systems and productivity tools. - Willingness to learn technical products and advertising technologies.
