We specialise in Airbnb / holiday-let turnovers, villa and homecleaning — and we're building our founding team.We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in leavingevery home spotless and guest-ready.What you'll do:- Clean and prepare villas and apartments between guests (turnover cleaning)- Change linen, make beds, refresh bathrooms and kitchens- Restock guest essentials and report the property's condition with photos- Work to a clear checklist and a consistent quality standardWhat we're looking for:- Reliability, punctuality and pride in a job well done- Great attention to detail and a positive, guest-focused attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team- Legal right to work in Cyprus- Own transport / driving licence is a strong plus- Basic English; Greek or Russian is a bonusWhat we offer:- Fair, competitive pay (€7–€9 per hour, depending on experience — negotiable)- Flexible hours that can grow with the business- Full training — previous experience is welcome but not required- Uniform plus professional, eco-certified products and equipment provided- A friendly, supportive team and a fresh start with a growing companyNo experience?
