Job Description Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Has the overall responsibility executing / registering customer bookings into the company’s software system (Car Hire program). Verify and confirm customer and supplier data. Communicate any reservation changes promptly to the relevant departments/branches. Provide immediate assistance, guidance, and clarifications to customers. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests and complaints. Notify and cooperate with our affiliated companies regarding vehicle accidents or breakdowns per company directives to ensure timely response to the incident. Record all information related issues under his/her supervision such as customer interactions, and requests to the IT software system. Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally, following company guidelines. Escalate unresolved customer issues to your Supervisor or Operations Manager or the involved departments / branches.
