QUANTITY SURVEYOR – PAPHOS

A well-established construction company based in Paphos is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team.

The successful candidate will manage all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts. The objective of the role is to ensure value for money while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and contractual compliance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities

• Manage project costs and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle

• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bids

• Assist with procurement and tendering processes

• Prepare tender and contract documentation

• Conduct valuations of completed work

• Prepare and manage interim payments

• Monitor variations and potential cost risks

• Prepare cost reports and forecasts

• Assist with the preparation and settlement of final accounts

• Cooperate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, construction cost management, or a similar role

• Experience preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities

• Knowledge of tendering, procurement, valuations, and contract administration

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Fluent Greek is mandatory

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• €2,500–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience

• Salary flexibility may be considered for candidates with more than 8 years of relevant experience
