Job Title: Kitchen Assistant Location: Limassol Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Assistant that specialises in Asian cuisine, more specifically in sushi preparation and cooking with a wok confidently. Key responsibilities - Being able to make sushi (prepare the rice, roll the sushi and have good knife skills.) - Skilfully cook with a wok (making stir-fry, sauces, etc.) - Assist with kitchen organisation, cleaning and preparing food. - Follow the HACCP food safety and health regulations. - Work well under pressure during busy service periods. - Be consistent and maintain the high standards of the kitchen. - Able to work in a team environment.
