Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor, who will supervise the chambermaids and ensure the cleanliness of all the hotel.The Housekeeper is responsible for supervising the chambermaids and ensuring that all guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned and maintained to the hotel's standards. The role includes inspecting rooms, coordinating daily housekeeping activities, and ensuring excellent cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Supervise and support the chambermaids.Prepare daily room allocations and work schedules.Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.Coordinate room readiness with Reception.Report maintenance issues and follow up as required.Train and assist housekeeping staff.Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen levels.Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally.Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, hygiene, and health and safety standards.Notify the Maintenance Department on any damages, deficits and disturbancesPrevious housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.Good leadership and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork.Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and guest service.Benefits:Generous pay package, annual leaveFull meals during work hours are provided by a 4* Hotel during its operational period

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor Wanted – Larnaca Hotel We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our hospitality team at our hotel in Larnaca. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.Key Responsibilities Supervision: Oversee daily operations of room attendants and house persons on assigned floors.Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure pristine cleanliness.Inventory Control: Monitor linen supplies, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities on each floor.Training: Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating new and existing housekeeping staff.Reporting: Report maintenance issues, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items immediately.Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant.Language Skills: Fluent English is required.
